I agree that people are becoming less intelligent with their dependence on smartphones. People don’t use their memories as much as they trust their phones to remember for them. Many people are careless about looking at their smartphones while walking or driving. Also, people think less for themselves instead looking things up on the Internet all the time.
知力が衰えるという研究結果に反対の場合
スマートフォンなどの使い過ぎによる知力の衰えという考えに反対。知りたい語彙、事実、ニュースをスマートフォンを使い調べている。スマートフォンで頭を使うゲームをしている。手のひらに全てがあるので、スマートフォンで頭をより多く、より素早く使っている。

I disagree that using too much make us less intelligent. I use my phone to look up things I want to know like new vocabulary, facts and news. I can also use my phone for different brain-challenging games. I think smartphone permits us to use our brains more often and more quickly because we have everything in the palm of our hand.
